So 2012 is here!  How did you fair against your career wish list for 2011?

  • Did you obtain and or retain that new job?
  • Did you successfully return to work? Following absenteesim, maternity, paternity, adoption leave?

Now ask yourself

  • Have you delivered against your 90 day plan?
  • How are you fairing against your 2012 development plan?

Leaders and Senior Managers can feel very isolated, who are you sharing your thoughts, ideas and concerns with without the fear of reprisal?    

  • When did you last seek robust and balanced feedback? 
  • How does you act on this?  Is it in your 2012 development plan? 

Invest in your own development and have answers and positive ones at that in response to these questions!
